People are doothy to each other at cross-currents with Adult trying to reason with Inner Child or Inner Parent scolding another persons Adult. The title sounds so naff, but this is not your ‘run of the mill’ self-help book. Must read for everyone. Would you recommend buying the new one or the old one? I find the concept invigorating and freeing.
